This position is responsible for cooking and maintaining the galley for a crew of 5 – 7 crew members, as well as assisting on deck as operations require. The ideal candidate will have two (2) years of experience in a relevant field (or a combination of experience and training).

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook healthy meals for the crew
  • Order provisions for the shift
  • Assist on deck as operations require
  • Meet the dietary needs of the crew

Requirements

  • Marine Emergency Duties (MED) A1
  • Current Standard First Aid and CPR
  • Valid Transport Canada Marine Medical
  • WHMIS
  • Valid Passport with the ability to enter the US
  • Valid driver's license
