This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining the galley for a crew of 5 – 7 crew members, as well as assisting on deck as operations require.
Key Responsibilities
Ordering provisions for the shift.
Providing healthy meals and meeting the dietary needs of the crew.
Some deck work is required, assisting operations on deck when needed, training will be provided.
Requirements
Marine Emergency Duties (MED) A1.
Current Standard First Aid and CPR.
Valid Transport Canada Marine Medical.
WHMIS.
Valid Passport with the ability to enter the US.
Valid driver's license.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have two (2) years of experience in a relevant field (or a combination of experience and training).
