This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining the galley for a crew of 5 – 7 crew members, as well as assisting on deck as operations require.

Key Responsibilities


•Maintain a clean and organized galley, adhering to health and safety standards.


•Prepare and cook healthy meals for the crew, meeting dietary needs and preferences.


•Order provisions and manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies.


•Assist with deck operations as needed, receiving training and guidance from experienced crew members.


•Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and crew feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have two (2) years of experience in a relevant field (or a combination of experience and training). Cooke offers full-time year-round employment, competitive rates, and a competitive benefits package, including health and dental, as well as a company-matched pension.
