Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at 2477668 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook menu items to high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and menu promotions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
