We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and menu promotions
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role
- Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
