At Tommy Bahama, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our inventory is accurately managed, and our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenishing inventory and providing product knowledge to guests.
  • Take responsibility for daily stock room operations, maintaining a neat and orderly storage area for incoming and outbound products.
  • Process all inbound and outbound shipments in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
  • Actively participate in store-related meetings, generating reports, and communicating inventory-related inquiries or discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work with numbers.
  • A natural collaborator, able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently, and perform other duties as required.
Essential Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling required – frequently.
  • Climbing ladders – frequently.
  • Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
