Stock Coordinator

At Tommy Bahama, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a relaxed and sophisticated shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process store merchandise to the selling floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
- Take responsibility for daily stock room operations, maintaining a neat and orderly storage area for incoming and outbound products.
- Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently, adhering to Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
- Actively participate in store-related meetings, generating reports and communicating inventory-related inquiries/discrepancies.
- 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work with numbers.
- Natural collaborator with a keen eye for efficiency and opportunity.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently, and perform other duties as required.
