Live the Island Life as a Stock Coordinator

At Tommy Bahama Canada ULC, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores are stocked with the latest merchandise and that our inventory is accurately managed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenishing inventory and providing product knowledge to guests
  • Take responsibility for daily stock room operations, ensuring shipping and supply levels are neat and orderly maintained
  • Process all inbound and outbound shipments in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures
  • Actively participate in all store-related meetings, generating reports and communicating inventory-related inquiries/discrepancies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of guest service and stock experience
  • Organized and efficient, with strong communication skills and ability to work with numbers
  • Natural collaborator, able to identify opportunities and take initiative
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently, and perform other duties as required
Essential Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
  • Climbing ladders – frequently
  • Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
