The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Cake Decorator is responsible for applying the finishing touches to our frosted cakes and assembling orders to ensure accuracy and presentation excellence for our guests. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble cake and balloon orders according to guest specifications, adhering to NbC cake decorating and presentation standards.
- Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of orders and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Prepare cake decorations, boxes, bows, and other packaging materials in advance to meet demand.
- Monitor inventory of cake-crafting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Evaluate frosted and decorated cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and notify management of any quality control issues.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, ensuring all crafting tools are prepared for the next shift.
- Support the Guest Service Representative in assisting walk-in guests and answering the telephone as needed.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene.

- No formal education or work experience required, but previous guest service or support experience in a bakery, restaurant, or retail store is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts based on holidays and changing business demands.
