We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Rashmi's Bakery. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and pastries that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for various sweet goods, including cakes, pastries, and bread.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to order, using a variety of techniques and designs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of orders and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cake decorating and pastry arts.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality and presentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
