Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Monocle Immigration. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily activities, and motivate staff to work efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to promote our services.
- Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate daily operations and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Motivation: Motivate staff to work efficiently and effectively, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness in all aspects of our business.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, emails, and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to successful candidates.
