At Monarch Paving (2016) Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in estimating costs and materials, preparing production reports, and supervising workers and projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to read blueprints and drawings, requisition materials and supplies, and establish methods to meet work schedules.

This is a permanent position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
