Job Title: Hairstyling Salon Manager

LE POSH is seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Plan and control the salon's budget and inventory, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, promoting the salon's brand and services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, continuously improving processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work.
