    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation
    • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote the salon
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service

    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
