About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to join our team at LE POSH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and success of our salon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Staff Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, including hiring, training, and supervising.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, promoting our salon and services.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Business Development: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
