Job Title: Hairstyling Salon Manager

LE POSH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to lead our team of stylists and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, establish policies and procedures for staff, and plan and control budget and inventory.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, address customers' complaints or concerns, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensure a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
