Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives for our client's IT Security and Network products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive demand and sales for our client's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong background in IT Security and Network products and services.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
