Occupational Therapist, Langley Specialized Seniors Clinic Position

The Fraser Health Authority is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Langley, B.C. This position is part of our Langley Specialized Seniors Clinic, where our team of healthcare professionals provides care and support to older adults with chronic conditions.
As an Occupational Therapist with our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing assessment, consultation, and interventions to maximize physical function and promote safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessment, consultation, and interventions to older adults with chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence and safety.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of direct clinical care and education provided to clients and caregivers.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Two (2) years' recent, clinical related experience in working with older adults or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current full registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC (COTBC) and eligible for membership in the BC Society of Occupational Therapists and/or Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
