Gryphon Corporate Group Ltd is seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our operations. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, carry out administrative activities, coordinate office services, assemble data, and prepare reports.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, database software, and Google Drive.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, ability to multitask, and team player.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
