Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join Consumer Appliances & Home Services Ltd. in the role of Administrative Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, providing excellent customer service.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages, maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Compile data, statistics and other information for various purposes.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain and update digital databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
