Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Work closely with our chefs to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Staff Management
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare and present menu items to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen staff.
- Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that menu items meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Identify and address any quality control issues promptly to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
- Strong leadership and management skills
