At Intact, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Consultant to drive impactful change and propel our organization forward. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise to provide strategic HR guidance, foster a culture of excellence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and professional HR advice to business partners, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate values.
  • Contribute to national or regional projects, driving transformation and deploying corporate initiatives.
  • Lead round tables, training workshops, and information sessions to enhance employee engagement and development.
  • Work closely with leaders to identify and develop talent, ensuring succession planning and organizational development.
  • Conduct needs analysis and assist managers in defining and classifying positions, as well as workforce planning.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least five years of experience as a generalist in human resources in a non-unionized environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-site, matrix organization and adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational development skills, with a focus on transformation and change management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and HR software.
