Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and contributing to the overall success of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and serving guests in a friendly and attentive manner
  • Providing a clean and safe environment for guests to enjoy
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to guests
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
