Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Sanitize equipment and utensils, and follow proper food handling and preparation procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on customer feedback and concerns.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
