Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our Food and Beverage team at CB Canada. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests by name, escort them to their table, and present menus in a friendly and attentive manner.
  • Order Taking: Take accurate orders, make recommendations, and ensure guests' needs are met.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guests' satisfaction.
  • Table Management: Manage tables effectively, ensuring prompt service and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Communication: Liaise with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure seamless service.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions
