Job Title: Tour Director

Arctic Range Adventure Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Director to join our team. As a Tour Director, you will be responsible for leading groups of tourists on exciting adventures through the Canadian wilderness.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic individual who can provide exceptional customer service, manage group dynamics, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. If you have a passion for travel, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead groups of tourists on guided tours, providing information and insights about the local culture, history, and environment.
  • Manage group dynamics, ensuring that all participants have a positive and enjoyable experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, following all necessary protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to plan and deliver high-quality tours.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as tourism, hospitality, or education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
