About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Guide to join our team at Arctic Range Adventure Ltd. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups of travelers through the Arctic wilderness, providing them with a unique and unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Groups of Travelers: You will be responsible for leading groups of travelers through the Arctic wilderness, ensuring their safety and providing them with a unique and unforgettable experience.
  • Provide Expert Knowledge: You will provide expert knowledge of the Arctic region, including its history, culture, and wildlife.
  • Manage Itineraries: You will be responsible for managing itineraries, ensuring that all activities and excursions are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Ensure Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all travelers, including providing first aid and emergency response training.
  • Communicate Effectively: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with travelers, providing them with clear and concise information about the tour and its activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tour Guide, with a proven track record of leading groups of travelers through challenging terrain.
  • Qualifications: You will hold a valid first aid certificate and a valid driver's license.
  • Language Skills: You will be fluent in English and have a working knowledge of other languages, including French and Spanish.
  • Physical Abilities: You will be physically fit and able to withstand the demands of leading groups of travelers through challenging terrain.
