As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our tours, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead guided tours, providing expert knowledge and commentary on destinations and attractions.
- Manage tour logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants, responding to any emergencies or issues that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to promote our tours and services, and to develop new business opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as tourism, hospitality, or customer service.
