- Project Management: Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: College diploma or university degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or business.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, project management, or a related field.
