Key Responsibilities

  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  3. Design and Innovation: Lead the design and innovation process for new products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
  4. Project Management: Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  1. Education: College diploma or university degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or business.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, project management, or a related field.
  3. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  5. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including market analysis, financial management, and strategic planning.
