About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Minto Group. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy and Development: Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  3. Design and Innovation: Lead the design and innovation process for new products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
  4. Project Management: Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  1. Education: College diploma or university degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or business.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, project management, or a related field.
  3. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  5. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including market analysis, financial management, and strategic planning.
