About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at TRIG. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our products from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • Product Launch: Oversee the launch of new products, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of product development professionals to ensure successful product launches.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in product development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
