Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Perega (formerly Thomasons Limited). As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring Perega's projects meet the highest standards.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
- University degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professionally qualified with ICE or IStructE.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices.
