Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Gather pre-tender feedback from clients and stakeholders to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and manage take-offs, bids, and quotations to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Create and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Assist with RFP responses to secure new business opportunities
  • Monitor project costs to ensure budget adherence
  • Create and maintain project documents to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Assist with developing and implementing quality control programs to ensure high-quality deliverables

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. As a Sales Project Coordinator, you will possess strong project management skills, good attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in construction coordination or a related field
  • Estimating and take-off experience
  • Basic math skills for invoicing
