About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Coordinator to join our team at ICONIX. As a Sales Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating sales strategies, gathering pre-tender feedback, and preparing and managing take-offs, bids, and quotations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Gather pre-tender feedback and coordinate follow-up to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Prepare and manage take-offs, bids, and quotations to meet client needs
  • Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely project completion
  • Assist with RFP responses to showcase ICONIX's expertise
  • Monitor project costs to ensure budget adherence
  • Create and maintain project documents to facilitate communication
  • Assist with developing and implementing quality control programs to ensure exceptional results
