About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Project Coordinator to join our team at ICONIX. As a Sales Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating sales strategies, gathering pre-tender feedback, and preparing and managing take-offs, bids, and quotations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Gather pre-tender feedback and coordinate follow-up to ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Prepare and manage take-offs, bids, and quotations to meet project requirements
  • Create and manage production schedules to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Assist with RFP responses to showcase our expertise and capabilities
  • Monitor project costs to ensure budget adherence and profitability
  • Create and maintain project documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with developing and implementing quality control programs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. As a Sales Project Coordinator, you will have strong project management skills, good attention to detail, and analytical skills. You will also be a problem solver and a critical thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in construction coordination
  • Estimating and take-off experience
  • Basic math skills for invoicing
