About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team at Crown Automotive Group Winnipeg. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the financial process to find the best approval terms for their loan, present them with options to protect their investment, and complete their final paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers to complete sales and finance transactions according to Company and Lender policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct thorough credit interviews and liaise with lenders to secure the best approval terms possible for clients.
  • Offer and sell asset and financial protection products, such as extended warranties and GAP insurance.
  • Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the position.
  • Accurately complete finance documents with customers and submit them in a timely manner to the bank.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Successfully complete all assigned sales, factory, and F&I training courses.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with 1 year of experience in banking or automotive finance/sales management.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and interacting with guests.
  • Proven track record of success, having met or exceeded sales targets.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to interpret information provided by Credit Bureau and assess risk.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great organization and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group's CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Attitude.
  • Other languages spoken considered an asset.
