Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial activities of our organization.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborate closely with the Management Committee. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all facets of the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and ensuring comprehensive cross-training.
  • Oversee all financial operations, guiding the team while establishing strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Provide expert management of all financial functions.
  • Conduct targeted financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
  • Direct and prioritize financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations and governmental guidelines.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and audit processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop the annual budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial leadership position.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships across various management levels and with team members.
