About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Broker to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a key role in meeting sales targets and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email.
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy.
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required; we provide applicable training for the right candidate.
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset.

What We Offer

37.5 hours/week, Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday coverage. Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $67,000. Requisition #: 80991.
