Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a Corporate Counsel/Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial Law Specialist, you will play a key role in providing legal services to our clients in the GTA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on commercial law matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to meet business objectives
- Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and other team members to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity in a law firm
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers
- Appreciate the importance of providing outstanding, cost-effective, and responsive legal services to clients
