About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President to lead our hotel chain operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish senior staff positions
  • Coordinate regional operations and establish objectives
  • Represent the organization in official functions and select executive staff
  • Delegate authority and create optimal working conditions
Supervision and Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 people and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel chain.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a permanent position with a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work 30-35 hours per week and have a strong attention to detail.

The work language is English, and you will be representing THE PORT HOUSE in official functions.
