Sales Vice President Job Description

Azad Mobile Accessories Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice President to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources: Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish departments: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate regions: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Represent the organization: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select and delegate: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Establish controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • Travel: Willing to travel regularly.
  • Work environment: Fast-paced environment.
  • Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication and organized.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
  • Employment type: Permanent.
  • Language: English.
  • Working hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
