Job Title: Operations Vice President

VLink Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Operations Vice President will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, organized, and a team player
  • Initiative and ability to work under pressure
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
Work Environment:

The Operations Vice President will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible, organized, and a team player.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Working Hours:

The working hours are 37.5 to 44 hours per week.
