The Nutrition Services Coordinator role at Prairie Mountain Health requires a detail-oriented individual to oversee the preparation and serving of meals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared according to established standards and regulations.
This position involves coordinating the daily activities of the Nutrition Services staff, including supervising staff members and maintaining quality assurance processes. You will also be responsible for preparing all food items as required for special functions and other departmental programs.
In this role, you will work closely with the Nutrition Services Supervisor and/or Manager to ensure that all aspects of food service production and distribution are carried out efficiently and effectively.
