Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MANREET TRUCKING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
    • Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed
  • Office Management
    • Establish and maintain office procedures and protocols
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Reporting and Data Entry
    • Assemble and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Communication and Conflict Resolution
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
    • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and reliability
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
