Office Administration Specialist

As an Administrative Officer at Your Friend Abroad International Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency. This permanent position requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Procedures: Implement and assess new administrative protocols to streamline operations.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel and oversee their work.
- Prioritization: Establish work priorities to ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Policy Administration: Manage policies related to record releases in compliance with government access and privacy legislation.
- Office Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and maintenance.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting: Compile data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Staff Training: Provide training and support to staff members.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflict situations that arise.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll administration and ensure accuracy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate is an asset.
Proficiency in various software and technology platforms is essential, including:
