Job Title: Shift Manager - Restaurant Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to optimize restaurant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and labor laws.
