Job Title: Senior Campaign Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Data Analyst to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Wealth Digital, Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign analytics and reporting infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and campaign measurement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and campaign measurement
  • Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Post-secondary education in Business Analytics, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
