The Spa Director is responsible for leading the spa operations and strategies to ensure the facility is recognized as one of the finest resort spas in the world. This includes setting clear short-term and long-term goals to achieve colleague satisfaction, guest satisfaction, financial success, health and safety, and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive spa operations and revenue growth.
  • Manage and train a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee fiscal budgeting and analysis, including annual budget development for departments within the facility.
  • Generate monthly facility productivity reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Promote hotel and spa packages and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the implementation of spa marketing plans to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Identify new business and marketing opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors and develop product inventory.
  • Develop and implement wellness programs to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental and facility policies, as well as Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Responsible for colleague training, performance, and engagement.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by prioritizing safety and service.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management position in a large-volume spa.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry in a luxury property.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop business.
  • Desire to provide exceptional guest experiences.
