About the Role
Soothing Harmony Healing Spa seeks an experienced spa supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and team performance. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of customer service, efficiency, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the activities of 1-10 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and reduce downtime
* Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
* Respond effectively to emergency situations, prioritizing client safety and staff well-being
* Maintain a fast-paced work environment, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring excellent communication with colleagues and clients
* Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, promoting open communication, respect, and trust among all staff members
* Maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking work conditions, adhering to company health and safety guidelines
* Work 30-40 hours per week, depending on business needs and seasonal fluctuations
* Demonstrate a team player attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client experiences

What We Offer

Requirements
