We are seeking a dedicated Employment Counsellor to join our team at VPI Employment Services in Etobicoke. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping job seekers achieve their employment goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with community stakeholders and clients alike. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized Employment Action Plans, providing ongoing support and guidance to help clients overcome barriers to employment.

Achieving individual and team performance goals is essential to this role, requiring effective time management and prioritization skills, even in high-pressure environments.
